network or system that infringes the exclusive copyright rights of Mr. 
Diffenbach. This notice is addressed to you as the agent designated by your 
web site's registrar. Under penalty of perjury, I hereby affirm that I am is 
authorized to act on behalf of Mr. Diffenbach whose exclusive copyright rights 
I believe to be infringed as described herein.

The unauthorized copies of the software appearing on, or made available 
through, your site are listed and/or identified thereon by their content are 
hereinafter referred to as "Infringing Material". Based on the information at my
disposal I believe that the statements in this Notice are accurate and 
correctly describe the infringing nature and status of the Infringing Material.

Accordingly, I hereby request you immediately remove the Infringing Material. I
insist that you confirm you have ceased all acts of infringement and 
destroyed all infringing materials within 5 days of your receipt of this email.
